Hohns-Berg, Mountain summit in Lower Saxony, Germany.

The Hohnsberg rises to an elevation of 241.9 meters within the Teutoburg Forest, featuring sandstone formations and multiple hiking trails.

Geological research at Hohnsberg began in the late 19th century when Otto Weerth discovered significant fossil specimens, including the Pinna iburgensis shell.

The mountain area contains several preserved sandstone quarries that supplied building materials for local construction from the 18th century onward.

The Hermannsweg trail passes south of Hohnsberg, providing access to the summit through marked paths suitable for different hiking levels.
