Lahmannring 3, Timber-framed heritage monument in Dresden, Germany
The Villa Eschebach features wooden-clad bay windows, balconies, and Swiss architectural elements spread across multiple floors of the residential structure.
Built around 1877 for entrepreneur Carl Eschebach as a summer residence, the villa later served as a patient facility for physician Heinrich Lahmann's sanatorium.
The vestibule contains a 1905 mural by artist C. Schmidt, representing the decorative traditions of early twentieth-century German residential architecture.
The property includes a coach house and stands within an extensive park, both components maintaining protected status as cultural heritage monuments.
Between 1945 and 1994, the villa functioned as a school, boarding house, and children's home before returning to residential use after renovation.
