Neudörfles, Heritage park and monument in Coburg, Germany

Neudörfles is a manor estate built in 1866 in northeastern Coburg that combines a two-story main house with grounds laid out in the English garden style. The six-hectare property includes outbuildings and ranks among the city's largest privately owned park spaces.

The estate was built during the mid-19th century when Coburg developed as a prosperous city and country properties became fashionable among the wealthy. It reflects the architectural preferences and way of life of that prosperous era.

The manor displays classic architectural details typical of Coburg's building tradition, with ornamental stonework and carefully designed windows. The house and grounds once served as a social gathering place for the region's prominent families.

The park entrance is accessible from Neustädter Straße where parking is available. The paths throughout the grounds are well maintained, allowing visitors to walk through different sections and around the main building.

During a visit to Coburg, Queen Victoria chose a particular oak tree in the park as a regular resting spot. This tree became a memorable reminder of royal connection and remains noted by those who know the estate's history.
