Murner See

Murner See is a body of water that stretches between Wackersdorf and Schwarzenfeld, covering around 94 hectares of surface. The water reaches depths of 50 meters in some areas.

The lake formed from an open-pit mine that was later filled with water. This transformation created a water body in the Oberpfälzer Seenland region.

The lake is a popular gathering spot where people swim, sail, and spend time in boats. Water sports enthusiasts regularly use it, and around the shoreline you'll find many visitors simply enjoying time by the water.

Parking areas, camping spots, and food venues are located at various points along the shore. Access routes are easy to find and well-marked.
