Palmkernölspeicher, Heritage office building in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, Germany.

The Palmkernölspeicher stands along the Rummelsburger Lake shore, featuring red brick walls divided by pilasters and floor cornices across six floors.

Built between 1883 and 1885 by Berlin architect Albert Biebendt, this structure processed palm kernel oil from raw materials imported from West African colonies.

The building represents industrial architecture from the Historicism period, remaining as the last industrial monument on the Stralau peninsula.

The structure spans 50 meters in length and contains five residential units ranging from 190 to 550 square meters after its renovation.

The building includes an original ship dock that survived until 2018, primarily used by local fishing enthusiasts.
