Platnersberg, Public park in Erlenstegen, Germany

This ten-hectare green space features sloping terrains to the east and south, with grassy areas crossing walkways at 335 meters above sea level.

The park's name comes from Georg Zacharias Platner who purchased the land in 1836, though before 1545 the hill was known as Künschrottenberg.

The park contains the Bärenbrunnen fountain, connected to a tale about Hans Groland who reportedly encountered a bear at this location.

The western section includes a children's playground constructed in 2004, while multiple grass areas serve as designated sunbathing spots.

Ten trees within the park received natural monument status in 1996, including the Bäreneiche with its 6.71-meter trunk circumference.
