Sankt-Nikolai-Kirche

The Sankt-Nikolai-Kirche spans 70 meters in length and features a vault height of 20 meters, making it Brandenburg's largest enclosed medieval space.

Constructed in the mid-13th century, the church underwent major transformations after a city fire in 1390, leading to the creation of an extended hall ambulatory.

The church transitioned to Protestantism in 1539 and now serves the Evangelical Church community with regular services and gatherings in Luckau.

The grand organ, created by Christoph Donath between 1672 and 1674, displays decorative figures of King David with angels on its facade.
