St.-Antonius-Basilika

St. Anthony Basilica is a Neo-Romanesque church in Rheine featuring a striking white interior space defined by red and gray arches. The building spans considerable dimensions and impresses through its architectural structure and carefully designed interior spaces.

Construction of this church began in the late 1800s and was completed in the early 1900s, making it an example of religious building activity during that period. It reflects the architectural styles that were favored during a time of growth in northwestern Germany.
