St. Nicholas church

The building displays late Gothic architecture with a main nave, southern aisle, and a tower positioned at the southwest corner spanning 38.5 meters in length.

Initial construction began in the third quarter of the 13th century, with major renovations between 1518 and 1522 adding the tower and raising the side aisles.

The interior features a stone and wood altar from 1622 depicting the Last Supper and biblical scenes, along with paintings by Caspar von Uchtenhagen.

Located at coordinates 52.7875, 14.0294 in the city center near the town hall, the church maintains regular services and welcomes visitors throughout the year.

The church contains a 13th-century baptismal font with columnar foot design and houses memorial tablets dedicated to notable local figures.
