St. Sebastian, Catholic parish church in Ebersberg, Germany

St. Sebastian Church features late Romanesque elements from 1240, including the porch, tower, and gallery in its western sections.

Founded in 834, the church received the skull relic of St. Sebastian from Rome in the 10th century, stored in a late Gothic bust reliquary.

The church interior displays Baroque and Rococo renovations, with oil paintings by Anton Vicelli depicting scenes from St. Sebastian's life.

The church opens daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with guided tours available upon request at the parish office.

The Sebastiani Chapel, built in 1668 by Jesuit architect Heinrich Mayer, sits above the sacristy with stucco work by Michael Schmuzer.
