H.O.M.E.-Studios, Recording studio in Eimsbüttel, Germany
H.O.M.E. Studios is a recording facility in Hamburg's Eimsbüttel neighborhood with two professional recording spaces, each equipped with separate control rooms and advanced mixing consoles. Both rooms feature professional monitoring systems and vintage microphones that can be selected based on the recording needs of each project.
The facility started as Château du Pape in the 1980s before music producer Franz Plaza purchased and transformed it into the current studio in 1998. This renovation marked the beginning of its operation as a dedicated space for professional music production.
The studio attracts musicians from many different genres who come to record their work here. This connection to established artists from around the world has built its reputation in the international music scene.
The studio can be booked for different types of recording projects with flexible scheduling options for musicians and producers. It is helpful to discuss your project needs beforehand to ensure the right room is selected and the necessary equipment is available for your work.
The studio includes two specially designed rooms measuring 9 cubic meters each, lined with tiles and mirrors to create specific acoustic reflections used for certain recording techniques. These unusual spaces allow artists to produce sounds in ways that would be difficult to achieve in a conventional recording room.
