PS Speicher, Automotive museum in Einbeck, Germany

PS Speicher is located in a restored grain warehouse and displays over 400 historical vehicles across six floors. The exhibition is organized into around 40 thematic areas where you can learn about how these vehicles developed over time.

The building was originally built as a grain warehouse to store grain and served this purpose for many years. It was later transformed and opened as a transportation museum in 2014.

The name comes from its past as a grain storage facility, which remains visible in how the building is used today. This conversion shows how an old industrial structure was repurposed to tell the story of automotive development.

Wear comfortable shoes since you will need to climb many stairs between the floors. Elevators are available but often crowded, so plan enough time and try to avoid peak hours.

The museum holds the world's largest collection of microcars, making this location special for enthusiasts of this vehicle type. This collection shows how important small cars were in shaping automotive history.
