Ehemalige Heyne-Fabrik is an industrial building in Offenbach am Main with three stories positioned at a corner where metal screws and precision parts were once made. The structure features vertical wall pillars emphasizing its lower floors and now houses modern businesses including communication agencies, design studios, architects, and fashion companies.

The factory was founded in 1869 by the Heyne brothers and specialized in metal screws and precision turning operations. The current building was constructed between 1913 and 1914, with production reaching its peak before World War II halted operations.

The building displays craftsmanship through details like its stone staircase and colored glass windows, reflecting the care taken in its original design. These elements show how industrial companies of that era valued quality in their work spaces.
