Founded in 1869 by the Heyne brothers, the metal screw factory and turning shop reached its production peak before World War II disrupted operations.
The administrative building, designed by architect Hugo Eberhardt between 1913 and 1914, contains ornate elements including a stone staircase and colored glass windows.
The facility offers office spaces ranging from 42 to 944 square meters, accommodating communication agencies, designers, architects, and fashion companies.
A bronze memorial plate from 1919, commemorating the company's 50th anniversary, remains preserved within the administrative building's interior.
