St. Johannes der Täufer is a church building in Oberviechtach, Bavaria, combining multiple architectural periods within its structure. A gothic choir and stone tower coexist with baroque elements from the late 1700s and a modern octagonal addition built between 1963 and 1965.
The building was erected around 1689 and initially displayed gothic features. After a fire damaged the town, it was rebuilt in 1775 and 1776 in the baroque style, with new windows and a renovated tower reflecting that period.
