The structure represents early 20th-century industrial architecture with influences from Jugendstil and Reformstil, incorporating wave gables and tower-topped roofs.
Located near Leipzig Central Station at Brandenburger Street 14-16, the building contains 24,500 square meters of rental space for various businesses.
The building served as headquarters for the GDR company Brühlpelz and currently houses an equestrian equipment store with motorcycle apparel selections.
