The Herz-Jesu-Kloster features a dedicated space for prayer, meditation, and communal activities at Brühler Straße 74 in the Raderberg neighborhood of Cologne.
The monastery originated in 1890 when Benedictine nun Josefine Karoline von Fürstenberg-Stammheim returned from Dutch exile and established a community with 13 sisters from Tegelen.
The monastery conducts Bible sharing sessions, daily Mass celebrations, and structured silent prayer gatherings that integrate religious traditions with contemporary spiritual practices.
Visitors can access the monastery church from early morning until evening, with regular Mass services scheduled throughout the week and multiple priests conducting Sunday services.
Five sisters from the Cologne monastery established a new religious community in Düsseldorf-Angermund in August 2022, extending their presence in the region.
