Fränkisches Museum Feuchtwangen

Fränkisches Museum Feuchtwangen occupies a historic timber-framed building with a modern extension and displays a large collection of pottery, furniture, and household objects from the region. The exhibition spreads across several rooms where objects are arranged by theme.

The museum was founded in 1902 to preserve the region's rural crafts and folk culture. It moved to its present location in 1926, where it has continued to grow its collection ever since.

The collections show handmade objects and household items that shaped daily rural life in Middle Franconia. Walking through the rooms, you see how people furnished their homes and which things mattered most to them.
