Galerie am Blauen Wunder

Galerie am Blauen Wunder is an art gallery housed in a heritage-protected building in Dresden's Loschwitz neighborhood along Pillnitzer Landstraße. The structure, designed by architect Theodor Lehnert, provided exhibition space across multiple levels for contemporary and modern artworks.

The gallery was founded in 1991 by Ulrike Dagen and Gunter Ziller and became an important space for art in the city. Ziller took over as sole director from 1998 onward until the space closed in 2016.

The gallery served as a meeting place where artists and art lovers gathered to discover new works and exchange ideas about contemporary creation. Exhibitions reflected the energy of the local art scene and provided many talents with a platform to present their work.
