GreenGate is a modern office building in Bonn with nine floors rising to about 40 meters at Kurt-Schumacher-Straße. The structure provides substantial workspace designed for contemporary business needs.

Two villas at Kurt-Schumacher-Straße 24 and 26 were demolished in autumn 2018, and the Landesvertretung Niedersachsen, a 1990 building, was torn down in spring 2020. Construction of GreenGate began in summer 2020. The original 17-storey plan was cut to nine approved floors, yet the design, including a garden on the top two levels, was kept. Completion was expected in 2023 at a cost of about 100 million euros.

The name GreenGate refers to the two-storey roof garden planned for the top floors, a feature kept even after the height was cut from 17 to nine storeys. The site on Kurt-Schumacher-Straße was previously occupied by the two villas at numbers 24 and 26 and by the Landesvertretung Niedersachsen, a 1990 building demolished in spring 2020.

GreenGate occupies the block at Kurt-Schumacher-Straße 24-26, directly opposite the Post Tower in Bonn's Federal District. It is an office complex, not a public attraction: the two buildings are rented to tenants such as the social research institute Infas, so there is no visitor access inside. The site is reached on foot from the nearby Deutsche Post square and by public transport along Kurt-Schumacher-Straße.

The building was first planned with 17 floors, but only nine were approved; the design was kept, including a garden on the top two floors. It is also intended to be the first skyscraper in the world fully protected against viruses, at a cost of about 100 million euros.
