The Archaeological Museum of Kilkis displays artifacts in three chronologically arranged rooms, presenting finds from prehistoric times through the Roman period.
The museum, established in 1972, houses collections from excavations at Kolchida, Palaio Gynaikokastro cemetery, and numerous archaeological sites across the Kilkis region.
The exhibition halls contain Neolithic figurines, Iron Age jewelry, Classical sculptures, including the Kouros from Evropos and statues from Palatiano's heroon.
Visitors can explore the museum from Tuesday to Sunday, with summer hours extending from April through October and reduced ticket prices during winter months.
Room B features complete reconstructions of ancient burials in its corners, allowing visitors to observe funeral practices from the Iron Age period.
