Marsillargues

Marsillargues is a commune located between Montpellier and Nîmes, with the Vidourle river running through its territory. The settlement spreads across a significant expanse of land in this part of southern France.

The Guillaume de Nogaret Castle was built in 1305 and displays medieval architecture through its preserved basements, large kitchens, and square tower. This fortification played a role in controlling the region during the Middle Ages.
