Coulée verte René-Dumont, Greenway in Paris, France
The Coulée verte René-Dumont, also known as the Promenade plantée, is a 4.7 km elevated linear park built on top of obsolete railway infrastructure in the 12th arrondissement of Paris, France.
It was inaugurated in 1993 and is considered as the world's first elevated park walkway.
The park is a popular spot for locals and tourists alike, offering a unique blend of nature, art, and urban views.
Access to the park is free and it is open every day from 8 am to 5:30 pm during winter and until 9:30 pm during summer.
The park inspired the design of New York City's High Line.
