Pech de l’Azé, Prehistoric archaeological site in Carsac-Aillac, France

The Pech de l'Azé archaeological complex contains five caves located in the Énéa Valley, near the Dordogne River in southwestern France.

The site, discovered in 1816, received historical monument status in 1927, leading to extensive archaeological research and preservation efforts.
