Château de Déomas

Château de Déomas is a 19th-century castle in Annonay set on a large estate with diverse tree species including plane trees, oaks, chestnuts, and cedars. The building contains four floors with exhibition rooms and multimedia facilities across its interior spaces.

The castle was built in 1876 for Paul Seguin and Caroline Perisse de Montgolfier, reflecting the importance of this family in the region. Its ownership changed to the Cyprien-Fabre family from Marseille in 1897, marking a shift in the property's history.

The castle serves today as the Youth and Culture Center of Annonay, hosting exhibitions and cultural events throughout the year. Its rooms welcome visitors interested in local artistic and educational programs.
