Château du Carpia

Château du Carpia is a castle in southwestern France featuring a rectangular main building connected to a square tower with two symmetrical southern wings. The structure combines medieval defensive elements with later additions, including a staircase tower built during Renaissance renovations.

The fortress originated in the late 15th century as a defensive structure in the region. Significant changes came when new owners renovated and modernized the building, transforming it from a purely military stronghold into a residential manor.
