Issanka, Historic park in Montpellier, France
Issanka is a park near Montpellier with a mix of mature trees including maples, oaks, birches, and a large magnolia. Small bridges span the Vène river, connecting different sections of the grounds.
In 1862, the natural spring was captured and diverted to supply water to Sète, fundamentally changing the site's original purpose. This action redirected the course of the place's development.
