Jardin des Poètes, Urban park in 16th arrondissement of Paris, France.
The Jardin des Poètes stretches across 13,400 square meters of landscaped grounds with walking paths, green spaces, and numerous trees including a 32-meter black pine.
The garden opened on May 15, 1954, through the initiative of Pascal Bonetti, honorary president of the French Poets Society, with inauguration by Paris Mayor and Education Minister.
Throughout the garden, stone plaques display verses from French poets, while statues and busts commemorate literary figures such as Victor Hugo, Jean Moréas, and Alexandr Pushkin.
The garden maintains multiple entrances on Avenue du Général-Sarrail and Avenue de la Porte-d'Auteuil, with children's playgrounds, water fountains, and public restroom facilities.
The garden earned the Ecojardin certification for environmental practices and features a black pine from 1900, alongside white poplar and almond trees.
