Église Notre-Dame-de-la-Nativité de Magny-en-Vexin

Église Notre-Dame-de-la-Nativité is a Gothic church with Renaissance touches, displaying ribbed vaults and decorated keystones throughout its interior. The building shows how two architectural styles were combined in both its outer walls and open spaces inside.

The original 13th-century building was destroyed by English forces in 1436 during the Hundred Years War. Rebuilding started in 1490 and continued through 1530, followed by more architectural changes lasting until 1609.

The church's name reflects the Nativity of Mary and has shaped local religious life for generations. Inside, visitors encounter artworks from different periods that show how people here have expressed their faith over time.
