Church of Sainte-Thérèse-de-l'Enfant-Jésus

Church of Sainte-Thérèse-de-l'Enfant-Jésus is a concrete church building in Aubergenville with a spire standing 45 meters high and a front facing 20 meters tall by 7.5 meters wide. The building functions as a place of worship and has housed a municipal music school organ since 1999.

Construction started in September 1927 under architect Paul Tournon with backing from a committee sponsored by Queen Elisabeth. The project represented an important religious and architectural undertaking for the region during that period.

The interior catches your eye with concrete vaults and glass panels, combined with stained glass windows by Marguerite Huré and sculptures by Carlo Sarrabezolles. These artworks shape how the space feels when you walk through it.
