The garden demonstrates traditional French horticultural principles by combining scientific methods with practical cultivation techniques in a geometric layout.

Visitors can purchase fresh vegetables from July to October, along with processed products such as juices and jams available in the castle shop.

The garden maintains a collection of 24 ancient wheat strains and two barley varieties, contributing to the preservation of agricultural heritage.
