The Casino de Pougues-les-Eaux is an entertainment complex offering more than 180 gaming machines and traditional table games throughout its modern gaming areas. The facility also houses a restaurant and provides conference spaces for gatherings and events.

The casino dates back to Louis XIV, when a small Italian-style building with a long perron and a baluster-lined roof stood in the thermal park. It was later destroyed together with the Splendid Hôtel. On 15 March 2006 the casino moved from the park into a modern building that also houses the town's planetarium. In February 2024 renovation work began, carried out mainly by local firms.

The casino belongs to the Tranchant group and has two restaurants, L'Ycaste and the Restaurant des jeux. The current building, opened on 15 March 2006, also houses the town's planetarium, so gaming and a public astronomical attraction share one site.

The casino sits in a modern building outside the old thermal park, where it moved on 15 March 2006; the town planetarium occupies part of the same complex. Renovation work begun in early February 2024 lowered ceilings to cut heating and air-conditioning costs, and local firms carried out most of the work. After the storms of 19–20 June 2024 flooded the slot machines and the building's electronics, the casino closed for an undetermined period, so check before travelling.

The venue features a reception space spanning several hundred square meters that can host conferences and private gatherings alongside gaming. This flexibility distinguishes it from typical casinos in the area.
