Manoir de Guernac'hanay

The Manoir de Guernac'hanay is a manor estate located in Plouaret in Brittany. The main building features six ground floor arches and a substantial staircase pavilion, surrounded by a chapel, dovecote, and grounds with a pond and garden.

The Guernac'hanay family built this manor, which later changed hands between several noble families. Eventually it became the property of President de Robien.

The gateway displays civil architecture typical of the Trégor region in the late 16th century. You can see how the design reflects the wealth and status of families who lived in Brittany at that time.
