The Margaret Bridge is a multi-level bridge spanning the Danube in Budapest, Hungary.
Connecting Buda and Pest across the Danube, it was Budapest's second permanent bridge constructed in 1876.
It's named after Saint Margaret but also known as Margit Bridge and connects to the beautiful Margaret Island, making it a cultural influence on the city.
Currently, the Margaret Bridge carries trams, cars, bicycles, and pedestrians, linking three parts of the city.
It's unique for its transportation levels and its asymmetrical design with regards to the pillars.
