The Victorian Tudor Gothic estate encompasses 450 acres of woodlands, gardens, formal terraces, and walking paths designed by architect Daniel Robertson.
The original structure from the late 1600s, built by Cromwellian officer John Warren, was replaced in the 1830s and remained with the Doyne family until 1964.
The Living Victorian House Tour presents the daily life through the perspective of Lady Frances and other past residents of this grand estate.
The estate features an animal farm with meerkats and raccoons, an adventure playground, woodland walks, and Brambles Café serving homemade food.
Two woodland paths, The Fairy Walk and Mogue's Enchanted Walk, include hidden fairy doors, castles, and a resident Gruffalo among ancient trees.
