Superland, Amusement park in Rishon LeZion, Israel
Superland is an amusement park in Rishon LeZion, south of Tel Aviv, with roller coasters, water slides, and carousels for visitors of all ages. The grounds extend across several themed zones with rides of varying intensity, from gentle children's attractions to fast looping tracks.
The park opened its gates in 1991 as one of the first major leisure facilities in Israel and grew over the years through new ride installations. The City of Entertainment group took over operations later and expanded the offer with water attractions and modern roller coasters.
The park carries an English name that Israeli families use as a synonym for fun, especially during holidays like Passover or the summer break. Many local visitors come in groups and bring their own snacks, while children play on the lawn areas between rides.
The park sits in Rishon LeZion, a few kilometers south of Tel Aviv and is well accessible by car or public transport. Restaurants and snack stands offer food throughout the grounds, while shaded areas allow for rest breaks between rides.
The Kumba roller coaster spins five times through 360 degrees and ranks among the largest of its kind in the country. The park also offers a rapids ride where visitors can get almost completely soaked.
