Uptown Towers, Residential skyscraper in Bat Yam, Israel

Uptown Towers is a pair of skyscrapers in Bat Yam whose construction began in 2014. The taller tower rises 162 meters over 50 floors and holds 184 apartments; the second is 126.73 meters tall with 34 floors, used for offices and residences, including 71 apartments on the upper floors. A commercial center occupies about 9,000 square meters, with the first three floors for retail, and a six-level parking garage serves residents and the public.

Construction of Uptown Towers began in 2014 as part of Bat Yam's urban renewal plan to convert an industrial zone into mixed uses. The project was initiated by developer Moshe Aharoni and built by Dania Cebus, with a supermarket of the Yohananof chain opening in the commercial center in August 2018. The complex holds about 255 housing units in total and stands next to the Red Line of the light rail.

This complex marks the shift of Bat Yam from a quieter residential area into a modern urban hub with high-rise living. The presence of these towers shapes how people now see and experience the city's contemporary character.

The complex sits near the Red Line of the light rail, and its commercial centre occupies the first three floors, with a Yochananof supermarket that opened in August 2018. Parking is arranged over six floors, split between tower residents and the general public. The towers stand in a former industrial zone being converted to mixed uses.
