Gujarat Science City spans across multiple buildings featuring exhibitions, galleries, and interactive displays covering topics from biotechnology to space exploration.

The scientific complex opened its doors in May 2001 as part of an initiative to advance technological education and research in the Gujarat region.

The center functions as an educational cornerstone where students and teachers participate in workshops, competitions, and specialized programs throughout the year.

The facility maintains separate sections for space exploration, robotics, renewable energy, and human anatomy, with guided tours available in multiple languages.

The Energy Park section demonstrates various forms of renewable power generation through functional models and experimental stations for hands-on learning experiences.
