Keshav Puram

Keshav Puram is a residential area in North West Delhi with a mix of older and newer housing developments spread across multiple blocks. Parks and green spaces are scattered throughout the neighborhood, breaking up the housing and providing open areas for daily life.

The area was planned and developed by the Delhi Development Authority to create a structured residential community. Over time, schools and other institutions were added, helping the area grow into an established part of the city.

The Keshav Puram metro station on the Red Line connects the area directly to central Delhi, making travel around the city straightforward. Local markets and medical facilities are found throughout the neighborhood and meet everyday needs.

The area houses the District Institute of Education and Training, an important educational facility that trains teachers and education professionals. This institution shapes the local character and regularly draws students and professionals from across Delhi.
