The Manuchehri House spans two floors constructed with adobe and plaster, featuring a central courtyard with a reflecting pool and surrounding fruit gardens.
Built during the Safavid period approximately 400 years ago, the residence underwent multiple restorations before its transformation into a boutique hotel in the early 2000s.
The mansion contains a textile workshop dedicated to traditional Persian weaving techniques, producing velvet and brocade fabrics that maintain regional craft heritage.
Located 250 kilometers from Tehran, the mansion functions as a hotel with eight guest rooms, a restaurant serving regional cuisine, and an art gallery.
The original basement cistern has been converted into an underground movie theater while maintaining the structural elements of the historical water storage system.
