Sant'Antonio dei Portoghesi, Baroque Catholic church in Campo Marzio, Rome, Italy

The church interior features polychrome marble decorations, stucco work by Pompeo Gentile, and frescoes by Salvatore Nobili under the barrel vault ceiling.

Founded in 1445 by Cardinal Antonio Martinez de Chaves, the church underwent reconstruction in 1638 by Martino Longhi, with Carlo Rainaldi adding the dome in 1674.

The Sampaio Chapel contains a funerary monument designed by Pietro Bracci for Manuel Pereira de Sampaio, a Portuguese ambassador to the Holy See.

The Institute offers Portuguese language courses, conferences, and concerts, maintaining its connection to the Portuguese community in Rome.

The main altar displays Giacinto Calandrucci's 1707 masterwork depicting the Virgin presenting the Holy Child to Saint Anthony.
