Santa Maria della Concezione in Campo Marzio

Construction started in 1562 under Abbess Chiarina Colonna behind an ancient chapel and was completely redesigned in 1685 by Giovanni Antonio De Rossi. This redesign established the neoclassical form that defines the building today.
