Crema Cathedral, Gothic cathedral in Crema, Italy

The cathedral features a slim facade crowned by a loggia, with a marble rose window containing sixteen petals above the main portal.

Following the destruction of the original structure by Frederick Barbarossa in 1160, construction of the current cathedral began in 1185 and concluded in 1340.

The cathedral interior displays multiple artworks from the early 16th century created by painter Vincenzo Cremasco, representing religious themes and figures.

The cathedral maintains regular opening hours for visitors and functions as the main religious center for the Diocese of Crema.
