Palazzo Incontri Viti

Palazzo Incontri Viti is a Renaissance residence in central Volterra with an ornately carved stone facade and decorative window frames. The building now operates as a museum displaying Italian furniture spanning multiple centuries and ancient alabaster objects.

A Tuscan administrative official commissioned this palace as a family residence in the late 1500s. In the early 1800s, part of the building was converted into a theater that continues to operate today.
