Bric Puschera, Mountain summit in Serole, Italy
Bric Puschera reaches an elevation of 845 meters above sea level, marking the highest point in the Asti province and Langa astigiana region.
The mountain, formerly known as Ursaiola, contains a small sixteenth-century church dedicated to Saint Fermo, built upon the foundations of a medieval structure.
The surrounding landscape features eroded landforms called calanchi, reflecting the agricultural challenges that shaped local farming practices through generations.
Visitors can access Bric Puschera via the Savona-Acqui-Alessandria train line, though services operate with limited frequency throughout the week.
From the summit, observers can see three distinct geographical features: the Alps, the Ligure Apennines, and the Ligurian Riviera in a single panoramic view.
