The trilobate tower structure rises at 785 meters elevation, featuring a central two-story building connected to smaller towers by curved walls.

Dating from the Middle Bronze Age through the 5th century CE, this defensive structure forms part of the extensive network of Nuragic monuments.

The archaeological complex includes circular and rectangular dwellings, providing evidence of the social organization in prehistoric Sardinian communities.

Visitors can reach the site by taking State Road 131 to kilometer 149.5, then following Provincial Road 62 toward Mulargia.

From its position at Mount Cuguruttu's base, the structure offers views extending from Macomer plain to Gennargentu mountains and Tirso Valley.
