Palazzo Bonacossi, Renaissance palace in Ferrara, Italy

The Palazzo Bonacossi stands on Via Cisterna del Follo with a central tower featuring battlements and two raised wings at the rear section.

Constructed in 1468 for Florentine exile Diotisalvi Neroni, the palace underwent major renovations in 1643 when Count Bonacossi added baroque elements to its structure.

The Museo Riminaldi inside the palace displays a collection of sculptures, tapestries, and mosaics from the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.

Visitors can access the palace via bus number 6 from Viale Cavour, stopping at Alfonso d'Este station, located 200 meters from the entrance.

The palace connects through gardens to both the Palazzina Marfisa d'Este and the Palazzo Schifanoia, forming a complex of historical buildings.
