Lago Nord Park

Lago Nord Park is a nature reserve and urban park in Paderno Dugnano spanning a large area with a central lake at its heart. Walking paths, green spaces, and natural habitats for local wildlife surround the water feature.

The local municipality established this protected area to transform former unused land into a public space. The project dedicates itself to nature conservation and community recreation.

The space hosts regular music performances, theater shows, and art workshops supported by Fondazione Cariplo throughout the year. These activities bring people together to experience nature and artistic expression in the same location.

Multiple walking trails and cycling paths crisscross through the space and allow visitors to explore different areas easily. The routes are laid out so that you can watch the diverse bird species around the lake.

The area works simultaneously as an ecological corridor for wildlife protection and as an outdoor cultural venue. This dual purpose makes it an unusual place where nature conservation and artistic activities come together.
