Splendid Venice

Splendid Venice is a luxury hotel in the Mercerie district positioned between Saint Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge. The building contains 165 rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom and satellite television.

The building dates to the 16th century when it operated as the Black Hat Inn. It was renamed to Albergo Splendido in 1900 and became Hotel Splendid in 1930, acquiring its current identity.

The building incorporates Venetian architectural features with small Levantine-style rooms visible in the lobby area. The large covered courtyard with its glass roof creates a sheltered gathering space in the heart of the busy city.
