Chiesa del Sacro Cuore di Gesù

The Chiesa del Sacro Cuore di Gesù is a church in the Gothic Revival style with a three-part loggia across its front facade. Its interior contains three naves arranged without a transept, creating an open, flowing worship space.

Construction began in 1892 following architect Carlo Ponzo's design and the building was consecrated in 1895. It became a parish church in 1905.

The church serves as a gathering place for the local Catholic community and hosts religious celebrations throughout the year. It remains a meaningful spiritual center for the faithful in the Diocese of Cuneo-Fossano.

The church opens early in the morning on weekdays and stays open later during weekends. Regular services are held throughout the week, so plan your visit accordingly.

A notable organ built by Vegezzi-Bossi in 1897 stands inside the church with an impressive number of pipes and mechanical complexity. The instrument has two separate playing positions, one fixed in the choir and one mobile in the hall.
