Villa La Collina

The villa gained prominence when German Chancellor Konrad Adenauer selected it as his preferred holiday residence during the 1960s and 1970s.

The property maintains its architectural heritage while functioning as the Accademia Konrad Adenauer, hosting international conferences and educational events throughout the year.

The venue offers 25 double rooms, seven single rooms, and two apartments, split between the historic villa building and the modern Accademia section.

The conference facilities can accommodate up to 80 attendees with multiple function rooms equipped with modern technology in both the historic and modern sections.
